Shipping Policy
At Kröne Furniture, we are committed to delivering your purchase safely and on time. Below are our processing and delivery terms.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4 business days of payment confirmation. During this period, we prepare, verify, and package your items for delivery.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons, processing time may be extended; if so, we will notify you.
Delivery Zones and Rates
We offer home delivery throughout Puerto Rico with flat rates based on your zone:

The applicable zone is determined by the ZIP code of the delivery address. You can check which zone your municipality belongs to at checkout or by contacting us.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, we will coordinate the delivery date with you. We will reach out to schedule the day and confirm access details for the address.
The estimated delivery time is [X to Y business days] after processing is complete, depending on item availability and delivery zone.
Delivery Coordination
- Our team will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time window.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that an adult is available to receive the order.
- Please confirm that the furniture can fit through doors, hallways, stairways, and elevators before delivery.
Additional Charges
The rates listed cover standard delivery. Additional charges may apply in the following cases:
- Access with stairs or steps: addresses that require carrying items up stairs or steps.
- Order volume: large or high-quantity orders may be subject to an additional charge.
- Special pieces: concrete tables, stone, logs, and green walls carry additional charges due to their weight and handling.
Any additional charge will be communicated and confirmed with you before delivery is processed.
What Delivery Includes
The delivery rate covers transportation and placement of the item in the access area of your home or business. It does not include installation, assembly, or mounting services, unless otherwise stated.
Inspection Upon Receipt
We recommend that you inspect your merchandise at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, please point it out to the delivery personnel and notify us within [X hours/days] so we can arrange a resolution.
Restricted Areas
Delivery to Vieques and Culebra is subject to availability and special charges. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm coverage and cost.
Certain restrictions apply based on the address and type of item.
Taxes (IVU)
In accordance with Act No. 72-2015, which amended the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code of 2011, the Sales and Use Tax (IVU) of 11.5% applies to the sale price, which includes the cost of the product, transportation, delivery costs, and any services necessary to complete the sale.
